Flooring: Carpet / Tile - cracks in the tile due to settlement (Builder will not replace chipped/cracked tiled due to homeowner misuse. Homeowner may contact supplier to purchase extra tile.) Carpet seams, pulling away from walls, etc. |

Appliances are under a one-year warranty. Contact supplier for any maintenance needed. |

Windows - Adjustments and seals (Torn screens and broken windows are a homeowners responsibility) |

Miscellaneous - Caulking, counter tops seams, phone jacks, and cable outlets |
|
Plumbing - leaks, draining issues |
|
Roofing - leaks due to improper installation |
|
Electrical - outlets |
